I highly recommend it.
I have been using miniCAD for over 10 years. I started with miniCAD3, then 4 and now 5.
Mapsoft - the creators of miniCAD5 have done a great job with version 5.
My favourite command is the Geo-Referencing tool.

By simply inserting a photo into miniCAD5 you can align it with your survey drawing.
As you can see above, I have taken a detail survey and overlayed it with an aerial photo.
We are now creating photographic plans for our clients and they really appreciate it and its all thanks to miniCAD5.
I recommend everyone go download a demo copy of miniCAD5.
