miniCAD5 - latest version just released!

Mapsoft have just released an update online of miniCAD5 - Version 5.0.03.9.

Significant changes include:
- Ability to open multiple jobs at the same time.
- Better control of the ‘Allow New points’ setting.
- Better explanations for new Symbols, Linetypes and Plot sheets.
- and (of course) any bug fixes you have reported!

Thanks again for emailing bug logs and comments. Please keep them coming as the V5.0 release needs as much criticism/comment/review as possible !

Get your business off to a great start in 2009 with 2 great tips!

Here are some great business tips for 2009.

Business Tip #1 - The Endless Supply.
There is an endless supply of abundance out there for the surveying business and business alike. So, don't ever think that you need to be better than the next business to be more successful. Don't worry about the economic crisis. You need to step out of the competitive plane and into the creative plane. Simply, write out how you see your business, the clients and jobs you would like to do. Believe and see yourself already doing this business, earning that money and you will attract all the abundance, opportunities, clients, jobs you could ever want! I dare you to test it out!

Business Tip #2 - Use Value.

Give more to your clients in use value than you take from them in cash value.
An example: Suppose I bought some fur from an eskimo. I decided instead of giving cash, to give the eskimo a painting worth $500. Well, the eskimo doesn't have use for a painting.
Therefore he has no value in the business transaction. Say instead I gave him a rifle worth $50.
The eskimo would have use for the gun and so the business transaction would have value.

Therefore, when you charge a client for a survey, try to give the client more in use value than you take from them in cash value. When you make your survey plan, how about giving the client an aerial photo showing their property, or take a photo of their house and show boundary offsets, laminate the survey plan, do something extra that they can use.

How about thinking that instead of earning $80,000 dollars a year, you could be earning $120,000.

Or imagine how you would feel when the boss says that you can still earn the same income but only work 4 days a week?

Anything is possible.

I am referring to the Law of Attraction. There are 12 universal laws and they work with absolute certainty. Everything you have in your life, you have attracted. This may be hard to believe, but its true. When you learn to harness this power you can get anything you want.

Here is another quick example.

Have you ever thought about a nice sports car or vehicle? You think about it, its colour, the style etc. All of a sudden you start seeing this car everywhere you go. The more you think about it, the more it appears in your life. You pull up in a carpark and happen to park right next to that car. Its the law of attraction at work!

Well, this law of attraction can be put to use everywhere with anything you want.

If you want high sales, imagine yourself with high sales already.

If you want a high income, imagine what it would be like to earn $120,000 a year.

Imagine buying that great new sports car.

Remember what you think about you attract.

What do you want in 2009? What income do you want to earn? How can you see your business doing? Do you have a plan or financial goal for this year? Do you want to work less or earn more.

Well, I can tell you my life is getting better and better that its thanks to these books and other products, books and CDS which I'll share with you later.
