Question: Surveying Points

Working in Iraq trying to sort out the markings for survey lines for pipe lines.
Unable to find data on the countries survey points to work from.
Any help of who to contact or what to use instead would be greatly received
Using trimble 5700 (picking up 9 sats at the moment) how accurate will this be?
